You are invited to participate in the Clip N Climb Devon Teacher Championships!
Friday 3rd February 2016.
1st Prize: Free entry to Clip N Climb Exeter for 4 full classes of students!
2nd Prize: 50% discount to bring 4 full classes of students
3rd Prize: 8 Free session passes for Individual students (ideal for work incentives)
All participating teachers will receive enough discount vouchers to take back to school for their whole class.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each team must comprise of 4 members of staff from your school, these can be teachers, teaching assistants, even lunchtime assistants! But they must be representatives of just one school.
On competition night your team must be ready for action in time for the start of their time-slot. Once in the climbing arena each team member will climb 4 separate climbs within the allotted time with points allocated for difficulty of challenge completed.
1 member of the team must then be nominated for the bonus challenge for extra points!
You should allow approximately 1 hour for your event to take place – 1.5 hrs you are welcome to stay and watch the others compete
All teams will be placed in order of points scored and prizes allocated accordingly.
BOOKING AND PRICING
Each team will cost £20 to enter, payable at point of booking & refundable up to 2 weeks before the competition (3rd February).
Time slots are 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, 7.30 & 8pm. There will be a maximum of 4 teams per time slot allocated on a first come-first served basis.

CAN WE BOOK MORE THAN ONE TEAM?
In the interest of fair play, each school can enter a maximum of 2 teams. Each team is a maximum of 4 competitors.
CAN WE PRACTICE?
All teams are welcome to come and practice prior to the competition – although we won’t let you know the exact points system until the evening!
Any school which has registered a team with us will be entitled to discounted voucher to come along and practice. You will simply need a school email address as proof of affiliation – we will also use this to email you your booking confirmation.
WHAT IS CLIP N CLIMB?
Clip N Climb consists of various climbing challenges which can benefit your students both physically and cognitively.
Our walls are designed to increase confidence and self-esteem through personal achievement. Strength, balance, coordination and a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. Finally, peer support, communication and perseverance through problem solving.
Most importantly of course, Clip n Climb is really good fun!
Clip n Climb Exeter is registered on Devon County Councils EVOLVE system and risk assessments of our climbs can be provided directly on request via climb@clipnclimbexeter.co.uk
