You’ll notice a some changes and a few new ground rules when you next visit the centre. They’re designed to help us manage capacity, to help you manage social distancing and to enable us all to practice good hand hygiene. We want your climbing experience to be a positive one, so please check out the measures we’ve put in place to and the things we are now asking now asking of you.
Most importantly – don’t forget to PRE-BOOK YOUR CLIMBING OR BOULDERING SESSION ONLINEbefore you visit. Monthly and annual members, as well as Ten Climb Punch Card holders, can use the subscriber booking function. All booking options are also available in the Rock Gym Pro App.

We've introduced capacity limits to help keep you safe and enable us to keep all lines open
To support capacity limits, we've introduced three x 3.5 hour climbing sessions per day.
Are now available at all entrances, exists and around the climbing arena
Are in place to help you navigate around the building and maintain social distance
We've put in place social distancing reminders to help you keep your distance
For all high contacts surfaces such as door handles and screens and briefing rooms
We've installed protective screens in the reception and cafe to keep our team safe
