ONLINE BOOKINGS AND PURCHASES
When you book a Clip ‘n Climb session through our online booking system; or when you make an online purchase of gift cards, we collect personal data in order to process your booking and/or purchase. Your data is used to ensure that we can administer your purchase and, for those making bookings for Clip ‘n Climb sessions, in order that we can provide you with the appropriate session and deliver our services to you safely. Details of the systems we use to process card payments and online payments are included in the Privacy Notices above.
COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. MEDIA
