We have been made aware of a problem with our online booking system which means that some bookings may not have been processed. If you have used our online booking system on any of the above dates then please contact us before travelling to ensure that your booking actually exists.
If you have received an email receipt from Worldpay who process the online card transactions then please read this carefully. If it says ‘test transaction’ at the top then your booking has not been processed and we will not have received any of your details.
If you have not received an email with your disclaimer receipt from us, again, your booking may not have been successful.
